The Opportunity

Tundra has an opening for an Inside Sales, Commercial & Industrial Boiler/Water, in Calgary / Edmonton Alberta. The successful candidate will be a sales professional who reflects a commitment to being responsive to our customer's unique needs. They will possess exceptional organizational and customer service skills as they navigate a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Their ability to demonstrate a high degree of collaboration and support with stakeholders is key.

The Role

    • Foster relationships with customers by exploring business opportunities, promoting our product offerings, and providing solutions based on technical requirement
    • Prepare and execute sales quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders to completion - Using ERP software
    • Support customers and internal business units with technical requirements
    • Coordinate orders with internal business units and manufactures to ensure our customers receive a positive experience, quality products and flawless execution
    • Communication with external and internal stakeholders
    • Customer order management
    • Supporting the division manager with forecasting, and reporting

    The Candidate

      • Experience in an inside sales technical role supporting industrial, institutional, and commercial products
      • Experience with boiler / water treatment / HVAC considered an asset
      • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
      • Experience with SAP B1 considered an asset
      • Strong mechanical aptitude to navigate technical questions and address warranty and service-related issues.
      • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
