Primary Job Responsibilities:

4. Coordinate with the sales team to develop sales materials, proposals, and presentations to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
5. Manage the company's online presence on international marketplaces, such as Amazon Global, and optimize listings for search and visibility.
6. Collaborate with the operations team to develop processes and procedures that ensure efficient and reliable shipping, tracking, and delivery of goods.
7. Analyze and report on key performance metrics, such as transit times, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
8. Maintain relationships with international shipping partners, such as ocean carriers, air freight forwarders, and trucking companies, to ensure competitive pricing and service levels.
9. Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade regulations, such as tariffs or sanctions, and communicate any impact to the sales and operations teams.
10. Represent the company at international trade shows and events to build brand awareness.
