This opening for Customer Success Coordinator is a full time, permanent position at Advisor Websites, a software company recognized as one of the top 5 best workplaces in BC. As the main point of contact, you'll be a liaison between the clients and our web design team, as we build them beautiful, professional, and responsive websites. Key Tasks Be the voice of Advisor Websites for all new clients Guide our clients through the website setup process Evenly distribute tasks to our web design team Manage all client communication through email/phone meetings Provide timelines and regular updates for our clients during the development of their websites Requirements You have a love for technology, and a desire to keep learning You have an upbeat attitude, and love working with people You get satisfaction out of helping people succeed Knowledge of HTML/CSS is required You've used a content management system like Wordpress before You're able to clearly articulate yourself both by phone and email You've proven that you can problem solve 2+ years Customer Service experience The Perks: Opportunity to be a part of a Top 5 Company to work for in Vancouver as voted 2 years in a row by BC Business Office Massage Chair Free beer on tap every Wednesday and Friday Company snacks and coffee More after-hours foosball games than you can handle
