Your tasks as a Logistics Coordinator:
• Providing customer services and follow up with customers’ inquiries and orders
• Updating and maintain the customer and order information by using multiple software programs
• Handling the invoice administration and A/R collection and analysis as needed
• Working closely with all QA, shipping and receiving departments on the coordination of product shipments
• Managing logistics deliveries and dispatching of products and electronic/computer equipment and parts to customers and assigned technicians at different locations and work sites
• Regularly maintaining contact with shippers/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders and shipments
• Independently working with all departments of the company to resolve any carrier issues, warehouse issues and/or issues that will negatively impact the clientele or customers
• Contacting carriers to maintain the accuracy of the carrier information and to negotiate pricing and any additional charges with shipments
• Organizing and maintaining files of all shipping/receiving documentation
