Spartan unit has 44 complex care beds, 24 of these are private rooms, 4 of which have bariatric capacity and Spartan residents have their own secure enclosed courtyard besides the one they share with Sumac residents. Both units of 84 residents share a common dining room. McIntosh unit (CBDU) is a specialized psychogeriatric secure environment with 20 beds (all private). CBDU (Chronic Behaviour Disorder Unit) features flexible care and routines, and the residents have access to their own secure enclosed courtyard and dining area. Titre du poste : Boucher Type de poste : Permanent Numéro de la demande : 32161 Bannière : Super C Statut : Temps plein Super C hull SOMMAIRE Sous la supervision du (de la) supérieur(e) immédiat(e) (responsable des viandes), est responsable du travail général de la boucherie au niveau des opérations courantes et du service à la clientèle. TÂCHES : - Fait la coupe des différentes viandes vendues par son département selon les techniques requises pour chacune d'entre elles. - Fait le dépeçage (désossage) et l'apprêtage des différentes viandes en les emballant selon les normes établies par le département des viandes. - Pèse, étiquette et met en étalage les différentes viandes préparées selon les normes établies. - Reçoit et fait le décompte des marchandises destinées à la vente, telles que viandes ou tout autre produit vendu par le département des viandes, commandées par le (la) gérant(e) du département ou l'assistant(e) gérant(e) et voit à ce qu'elles soient correctement mises en place dans l'entrepôt, le réfrigérateur, le congélateur ou tout autre endroit assigné pour l'entreposage. - Établit une liste de production en fonction des priorités. - Est préposé(e) au service à la clientèle dans son département. - Respecte les standards de salubrité gouvernementaux. - Voit à la propreté de son département. - Porte les équipements de sécurité requis. - Exécute toute autre tâche connexe requise par son (sa) supérieur(e) immédiat(e). Lieu : Région de Québec ou Lévis - Mode de travail flexible Les défis qui vous permettront de vous surpasser Effectuer la conception des branchements de services des bâtiments (Pluvial, sanitaire, aqueduc) ainsi que les réseaux pluviaux extérieurs; Élaborer des systèmes de gestion des eaux pluviales conformément aux normes vigueurs; Conception de stationnement, allées de circulation, voie d'accès aux débarcadères ainsi que différentes bases de béton pour équipements extérieurs; Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes d'architecture et d'ingénierie mécanique pour la coordination des projets; Rédiger des devis pour la réalisation des travaux; Participer à la surveillance des travaux; Assurer la gestion de certains projets en termes de budget et d'échéancier; Participer au processus d'offre de service; Représenter la firme auprès de la clientèle dans le cadre des projets.
