Horaire régulier de travail De 8 h 15 à 16 h 15 du lundi au vendredi (repas de 12h05 à 13h05) NATURE DU TRAVAIL Le rôle principal et habituel de la personne salariée de cette classe d'emplois consiste à accomplir divers travaux administratifs de nature complexe selon des méthodes et procédures définies. Le titulaire assurera le suivi des dossiers du personnel en se référant au système de paie. Il travaillera au traitement des absences, des invalidités, des accidents de travail, des retraits préventifs et des droits parentaux. Il pourra être affecté à la mise à jour, à la vérification et à la correction des divers fichiers informatiques. Il répondra aux demandes d'informations de la clientèle. Le titulaire sera appelé à transiger avec des personnes parfois vulnérables. Il est donc souhaitable que celui-ci sache faire preuve d'écoute et d'empathie. ATTRIBUTIONS CARACTÉRISTIQUES La personne salariée de cette classe d'emplois s'assure du respect des normes, règlements, directives, politiques, méthodes et procédures applicables et pour ce faire, selon le cas, elle rédige, dresse, confectionne, vérifie et effectue le suivi de factures, de bons de commande, de récépissés, de listes, de registres divers tels que le registre de paie, d'absences, de congés, de taxation, les demandes de financement, des statistiques, des relevés, des formulaires, des inventaires ou tout autre rapport, tableau ou document administratif du même ordre ; dans ce cadre, elle recueille, valide et compile les données qui lui sont nécessaires. Elle effectue la tenue de livres comptables, entre les écritures dans les journaux, concilie des comptes, encaisse des paiements au comptoir, par courrier ou par mode direct, fait des paiements et des dépôts, codifie les dépenses, tient une petite caisse et effectue certains achats de valeur relativement peu élevée ; elle compile les données budgétaires, collabore à l'élaboration du budget d'une unité ou d'un service et informe sur les soldes budgétaires. Elle communique avec des personnes de la commission ou de l'extérieur pour obtenir ou fournir des renseignements reliés à ses tâches, transiger sur des délais, faire connaître les normes et les règlements et transmettre des décisions ; elle rédige la correspondance inhérente à ses tâches. Selon les instructions, elle effectue l'ensemble des opérations administratives reliées aux tests d'aptitude et fait passer des examens. Elle utilise un ordinateur et les divers logiciels nécessaires pour l'exécution de ses travaux tels que traitement de texte, bases de données, tableurs et programmes maison ; elle effectue des recherches sur Internet ; elle utilise le courrier électronique. Elle peut être appelée à apporter une aide ponctuelle à des collègues pour l'utilisation de logiciels et programmes propres à leur travail commun. Elle peut être appelée à initier au travail les nouvelles agentes ou nouveaux agents de bureau, classe I ainsi qu'à coordonner le travail du personnel de soutien. QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES Scolarité et expérience Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études professionnelles dans une spécialité appropriée à la classe d'emplois ou être titulaire d'un diplôme de 5e année du secondaire ou être titulaire d'un diplôme ou d'une attestation d'études dont l'équivalence est reconnue par l'autorité compétente et avoir une (1) année d'expérience pertinente.
