Journalier à la fabrication
Notre client, un fabricant de mobilier de bureaux est à la recherche de journaliers de fabrication pour la section siège, bancs et banquettes: Prend connaissance des instructions de travail, de sécurité et des procédures spécifiques. S'assure d'avoir reçu la formation pour l'utilisation sécuritaire des différents équipements et l'accomplissement sécuritaire de la tâche selon les méthodes standard. Choisit le fil, les boulons, les gabarits, etc. selon les spécifications des bons de travail, les chartes ou la couleur du matériel par exemple. Coupe et assemble les différents éléments de tissus ou de bois soit par couture, par collage, par insertion, par agrafage, par clouage, etc. Fixe la bourre à la structure par collage ou par agrafage et effectue la coupe pour obtenir les profils et formes spécifiés. Recouvre les composantes de structure bourrée avec les différents matériaux de recouvrement assemblés ou non, en étirant et étendant cette dernière afin de s'adapter à la structure et obtenir les profils spécifiés. Regroupe et assemble les différentes composantes rembourrées entre elles afin de monter le fauteuil ou la chaise. Ajoute les autres pièces telles que bras, mécanismes, piétements, etc. Nettoie, coupe les fils et la garniture en excédent afin que le produit soit esthétiquement conforme et sans défaut apparent selon les normes établies. Effectue une inspection finale du produit afin de s'assurer qu'il est conforme à la commande, entièrement fonctionnel. Doit organiser son poste de travail de manière à être facilement assisté en cas d'absence. Doit opérer et assurer l'entretien mineur des équipements et l'ordre de son poste de travail. Doit signaler les anomalies de fonctionnement des machines et équipements à son chef d'équipe. Doit respecter rigoureusement les normes et les procédures de travail en vigueur. Doit assurer la formation de ses collègues qui peuvent le remplacer en cas d'absence. Peut être appelé à effectuer toute autre tâche à la demande de son chef d'équipe ou son superviseur dans n'importe quel secteur de l'entreprise. Bonne capacité physique |
