Main functions: 
JD Property Canada Corp. specializes in real estate development. We are looking for a multitalented Sales and Promotion Coordinator to promote our various real estate projects and expand our market. Our intended candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and promotion strategies through both traditional and digital communication methods. The individual will maintain an excellent relationship with existing and potential customers, maintain and enhance the company’s brand to meet our sales targets.


• Gather, research and prepare communications material,
• Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions,
• Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases,
• Act as spokesperson for an organization,
• Answer written and oral inquiries,
• Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys,
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies,
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs,
• Initiate and maintain contact with the media,
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes,
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material,
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions


• College Diploma
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing and advertising occupation
• Proven coordination experience in real estate promotion projects (Project profiles may be requested)
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target customers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good relationship with customers and work effective in a team
• English reading, written and verbal skills
• Attention to detail, Tight deadlines, Work under pressure, Fast-paced environment
• Excellent written communication, Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Organized, Team player, Flexibility, Effective interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and hands-on ability of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Excel, Photoshop
• Ability to work under stress and meet multiple deadlines

Terms of Employment
Permanent, Full Time
30 to 40 hours per week

Wage and Benefits
$30.5 to $31.5 per hour, based on experience and skills
