Detailed description: 
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate raw material requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Use deep fryer, wok, grill and oven and other equipment to prepare specialty dishes such as Jajang-mun, Tangsu-Yuk, Kan Pung Ki, Charm Pong, Yang Jang Pi, Palbo Chae and other Korean-Chinese dishes
Prepare various special sources with various highest hygiene standard for Korean-Chinese dishes
Marinate meats according to head chef’s guidance.
Marinate fishes with special broths and sauce for stir-fry
Prepare Korean-Chinese noodles
Prepare salad dishes and hot tea in Korean style
Stock refrigerators and keep daily records of the quantities of food used
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Inspect and sanitize kitchen and food preparation area
