Primary Job Duties:
• Assist in formulating and implementing Food Safety standards for all the restaurants and promoting a culture of quality food handling & processing
• In charge of raw material (meat, rice, seafood, etc.) quality control in warehouse storage, ensuring good quality before going to the kitchen
• Lead and coordinate temperature-control transportation logistics for raw materials and foods among warehouses, restaurants and customers to maintain the highest quality of products
• Conduct routine pre-operational inspection duties to assure compliance of kitchen staff to sanitation standards, maintain the highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination
• Responsible for raw material importation documentation preparation, Halal certification application, and regulatory compliance paperwork
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all quality control procedures and test for internal and external audits
• Maintain and update the master information database for all raw materials and ingredients in quality control software for reference
• Responsible for taking care of food quality complaints, initiating and coordinating internal investigations and providing resolutions
