Job Responsibilities:
IT Manager will be responsible for managing and ensuring that all organizational requests and incidents for information technology are delivered according to company expectations. They will be responsible for developing and managing IT production best practices and driving continuous improvement within the department through the execution of the IT strategic plan. The IT Manager will also manage a team, identifying daily activities, and allocating & evaluating their work.
• Provide regular support, guidance, and direction to their team through coaching, performance development and leadership
• Managing IT teams, and planning technology roadmaps for future financial system
• Outline, define, initiate and lead projects, ensure projects comply with best practices
• Prepare long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, and acquisition
• Enterprise Network Global Planning, hybrid cloud (Private Cloud, Vmware Cloud, Amazon Web Services,Microsoft Azure) ,network security management and fortinet firewall
• Analyze problems and assist with providing short-term and long-term resolution
• Oversee third party vendor agreements, including the management, escalation, renewal, and negotiation
• Participate in the development and implementation of system strategies including upgrade, expansion, continuous improvement, life cycle, and preventative maintenance
• Manage the Change Control Management project through creation, review, validation, communication and implementation
• Manage departmental performance measures and priorities (including visual controls) and provide regular progress reports
• Perform other duties as assigned
