• Cook Korean style pancake and various Korean style soup
• Prepare and cook homemade broth and sauce for Korean style soup “Kimchi stew” and noodle soups “Gooksoo”
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
