Primary Job Duties:
 Conduct market research about demands, habits, and product trends, up-sell opportunities in the custom-to-order consumer electronic and furniture product industry
 Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns to drive cross-channel sales
 Collaborate with product line directors, project managers and sales staff to coordinate marketing and business development plans, build brand awareness and marketing efforts
 Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
 Budget and execute initiatives to reach the target audience of different ethnic communities through appropriate channels
 Track, analyze and report on marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc., to help shape future marketing strategies and budget decisions.
 Oversee social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
 Implement department policies to standardize marketing vendor selections and, and proposal assessment and management
 Hire, train and manage full-time marketing associates


Minimum qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
 Minimum 3+ years of professional marketing experience in a management role
 Proven knowledge in designing and implementing brand marketing plans and campaigns
 Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
 Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
 Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
 Experience in marketing automation, CRM, or vendor management
 Knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting, and procurement would be an asset
