Coordinate internal office working procedures; handle requests and queries from internal office team and external sales team;
Update and maintain office policies and procedures, regularly review the efficiency of internal office procedures and activities, and further address the inefficiency if needed;
Setup work priorities, act as liaison between internal officer and external sales teams for passing daily administrative matters, ensure shipping and supplying deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Check office supplies every week, order low quantities and research new deals and suppliers;
Maintain client information filing and dealership recording; ensure company’s cloud file presenting in an effective and organized manner;
Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and management processes. Prepare weekly and monthly analytic reports for accounting departments.
Assist in overview of product inventory and conduct budgetary controls.
