• Carry out administrative activities of establishment;
• Interview, hire and provide or arrange training for staff
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures;
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures;
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
• Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services;
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary control for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies;
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence for management committees evaluating administrative services.
