• Facilitate smooth communications between the executive and coworkers and with external organizations and associations such as vendors, customers, and the public.
• Co-ordinate company administrative policies and procedures for officials, and project managers and branch managers.
• Meet with investors on behalf of president to discuss land project developing plans and related procedures, and recommend related various course of action.
• Assist project managers and president to complete the real estate projects and assignments, determine the job priorities and prepare related reports to the president.
• Prepare weekly and monthly meeting agendas and make arrangements for internal and external contacts, including branch managers, project managers, and investors.
• Preparing documents and presentation materials, take and transcribe meeting minutes, extract summaries and distribute to attendees.
• Maintain deadline-reminder system and document-management system.
• Other administrative tasks, as requested.
