Principales fonctions: 
• Plan and direct sales and marketing objectives to manage activity;
• Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts;
• Conduct market research to promote company’s sales revenue;
• Manage & resolve customer service issues;
• Frequent contact with customers, implementation of all means necessary to achieve sales objectives;
• Displaying strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and motivate the team to provide a superior level of sales target and client service;
• Monitor costs and budgets;
• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales;
• Determine strategic planning related to sales;
• Leader in training and development of new employees;
