Content Manager

Main functions: 
Reporting to the Marketing Director, based in France, the Content Manager creates and implements communications programs be it internal or external that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products, but also increase positive visibility of LHS within the probiotics industry.

  • Translate in easy to understand and impacting language complex scientific data and clinical study results, develop content and write copy in collaboration with the Product Managers;
  • Identify communication opportunities and disseminate content via CRM, social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, webinars and any other distribution channels in collaboration with the Product Managers and Marketing Director;
  • Develop relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both offline and online:
    • LinkedIn (post), Twitter, LHS website, LHS micro-sites...
    • Events coverage and follow-up: write blogs/articles which summarize LHS' participation
    • Press: write articles for different regional industry publications (i.e. NutraIngredients, Natural Products Insider, )
  • Support the HR team to develop recruitment communication tools;
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing or Communications;
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Communications, Marketing or similar field;
  • Strong writing skills in science communication, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally;
  • Demonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively to deliver marketing content
  • Experience in the north America Consumer Health industry in Communications positions is an asset;
  • Must be primarily fluent in English; French is an asset;
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated and autonomous;
  • Excellent organizational skills to work several projects at the same time and the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Responsible, service-minded and motivated by challenges.
Working conditions
  • Workplace: 17975, rue des Gouverneurs, Mirabel (Quebec) J7J 2K7 or if lives in United-States, home office is possible;
  • Must travel 20-25% of the time;
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm;
