RESPONSABILITÉS SPÉCIFIQUES : - Participer à la supervision des opérations d'expédition au niveau du centre de distribution. - Participer au respect des normes en SST, aux coachings d'employés et à la promotion de la culture SST. - Gérer du personnel, appliquer la convention collective et les règlements du centre du distribution. - Gérer la performance et contrôler les méthodes de travail des employés. - Communiquer efficacement, autant avec les employés qu'avec ses collègues de travail (contremaîtres, équipe transport, achats, etc.). - Opérer les solutions logicielles de gestion des opérations (WMS, SAP, BW, EXCEL, etc.). - Participer à la planification des besoins opérationnels au quotidien de façon à réaliser à temps les activités de distribution. - Effectuer des analyses pertinentes et identifier des opportunités d'amélioration. - Effectuer les suivis adéquats auprès des différents partenaires d'affaires. - Être capable d'effectuer autres tâches connexes. LE POSTE EN RÉSUMÉ Sous la direction du Superviseur, Communications Francophones - Québec, le titulaire du poste doit principalement rédiger les soumissions d'assurance collective pour le marché québécois, et ce, tant pour les dossiers plus simples dont la soumission est basée sur des modèles préétablis que pour des dossiers plus complexes nécessitant des réponses personnalisées.
