Nurse Practitioner
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) for the Pediatric Weight Management Program at McMaster Children's Hospital will provide leadership and promote excellence in pediatric family centered nursing care through expert clinical practice, education, consultation and research. The NP would support the clinical activity of the Endocrinologists / Pediatricians and the associated patient care and interventions through the Pediatric Weight Management Program. The program is most focused in outpatient care, although occasional inpatient care occurs. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team members, and using a patient and family centered model of care, the NP is responsible to: provide direct patient care, coordination of care, discharge planning, and the coordination of related community and other resources for this patient population; tutor and mentor nursing and other health professional students as appropriate, and participate in continuing education activities to integrate the role of the NP in the program and academic settings; initiate, participate, and/or lead programs, presentations, publications, evaluations, research initiatives and other system changes to continue the enhancement of interdisciplinary care teams. Afin de poursuivre cette mission d'excellence, nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne afin d'agir à titre de : AGENT(E) ADMINISTRATIF(VE) COMMIS AUX COMPTES PAYABLES VOTRE DÉFI Aider à classer tous les bons de travail en s'assurant qu'ils sont tous signés par le responsable du chantier; Aider à transférer les bons de commande et les classer par la suite; Traiter les factures des comptes payables; Veiller à la vérification, à la codification et au classement des factures; Envoyer les demandes d'approbation aux surintendants pour les factures où des documents sont manquants; Maintenir à jour les informations bancaires des fournisseurs et effectuer les vérifications téléphoniques; Effectuer les saisies de données dans le système comptable (logiciel maison); Réconcilier les relevés de compte des fournisseurs; Effectuer diverses tâches administratives (ouverture de dossiers, classement, photocopies, télécopies et numérisation, etc.); La liste des tâches et responsabilités ci-dessus énumérées est sommaire et indicative. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Possède un DEC, un AEC ou un DEP en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe ; Toute formation jumelée à une expérience pertinente sera considérée; Maîtrise la suite Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ; Avoir une excellente capacité de communication en français et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (nécessaire) Avoir la capacité de prioriser de manière efficace et de gérer le stress de manière appropriée; Avoir la capacité de travailler avec des échéanciers serrés ; Être soucieux du détail et de la qualité du travail rendu ; Démontre continuellement son sens de l'initiative et fait preuve de curiosité ; La personne devra être autonome, extrêmement minutieuse, responsable et doit avoir une facilité à communiquer.
