Principales fonctions: 
The Shift Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations and reporting to GM of the Oakville Putting Edge location including:

o Guest service excellence
o Able to lead and manage a team of 10 staff members
o Team performance management
o Cash management and policy adherence
o Health and safety
o Up-selling additional Putting Edge offerings including birthday parties, group bookings and Putting Edge merchandise and promotions
o Cleanliness and maintenance of the location

Qualifications:
O Suitable for a mature personality
o Upbeat personality. Loves to talk
o Career-minded individual who is looking for a management development role
o Minimum 2 year of Canadian experience in a related guest services environment in an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or “Key Holder” role
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Computer skills
o Demonstrated team leadership skills
o Able to lead and manage a team of 10 staff members
o Time management, problem-solving/decision making, conflict management skills
o Happy personality to deal with kids and families
o Has finished some college or university

Permanent position. Must be able to work evenings and weekend. No bus service available after midnight therefore own transportation required.
