DESCRIPTION:
Montreal Neon Signs Inc, is an international Sign Company providing exterior and interior Signage solutions. Our headquarters and manufacturing plant is established in Laval, Quebec with offices located in Chicago Illinois and Ottawa Ontario.

Thanks to our expertise we develop, manufacturer and install Signs for all different type of industries such as corporate, retail, hospitality, financial and large shopping centers across North America and overseas. We’re looking for a “Technical Sales Executives” to work at our Ottawa, Ontario office that will be serving new as well as existing Fortune 1000 organizations, on an international basis.

As a Montreal Neon Signs Sales Executive, you will be selling directly to organizations who have expressed an interest in exterior and interior Signage products at an international level. You must have a strong technical background in electrical outdoor products and experience with dealing in the US and European market. You will be responsible to follow-up leads as well as manage and grow our current customer base.

Responsibilities:

Promoting and selling products by setting up meetings with prospects and customers including live demonstrations of Signage products.

Discussing product features, benefits and offer technical solutions by working with our engineers and technical staff to provide customer specific projects.

Troubleshoot technical problems related to signage manufacturing & Installation.

Retaining and increasing revenue of existing accounts.

Analyze initial sales and technical information, preparing proposals, product presentations, as well as general sales activity.

Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and manage detailed work plans, project schedules, estimates, budgets and resource plans in conjunction with project team members and partners.

Monitor and report on project status highlighting issues and risks appropriately. And, as necessary, coordinate the development, discussion, and approval of corrective action and/or contingency plans.

Participation in Trade Show activities which requires travel

Maintaining the high quality of Montreal Neon Signs, Inc.’s ethical standards in presentations, proposals, and overall representation of the company, including professional image and appearance.

Expérience minimum requise: 
10 ans
Compétences recherchées: 
Minimum 10 years of selling experience including at least 1 year in the Signage industry.

At least 10 years’ experience with signage products or similar outdoor electrical products, such as entertainment displays or equipment.

Effective sales presentation skills.

Must have proven experience selling on an international level and maintaining customers.

Entrepreneurial skills is a must with experience in strategic decision making, team building and negotiations.

Proficiency in project analysis and capable of reading architectural plans and learning technical concepts.

Energetic, compelling, and professional sales presence using email and the telephone.

High level of personal motivation.

Previous technical sales experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as effective sales presentation skills.

Driver’s License and able to travel 30-40% of the time.

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel; MS Word; Presentation software; Database management; MS Outlook, Coreldraw and Cad viewers.
