Position Duties & Responsibilities:1. Purchaseraw materials from suppliers 2. Monitor price change for materials, and negotiate price, purchase terms, shipping methods and other purchase terms in the purchase agreement with suppliers. 3. Ensure purchasing appropriate level of quantity for each material4. Monitor the market price of the materials5. Communicate with the factory and customs for shipping terms, lead time, and payment methods6. Inspect the quality of the raw material purchased and report any defects to the suppliers

Fit Wear Fashion (Fit Wear Fashion 2010 Ltd) has an immediate opening for aPurchasing officer position. We are looking for a person who has experience in purchasing. We are looking for someone who would like to grow with the company in long run.
To be a qualified purchasing officer in Fit Wear Fashion:1.College diploma or University degree is in Business, Economics, International business or field of fashion. 2. Minimum 1 year purchasing clerk or purchasing related experience is required 3. Be able to work in flexible hours in order to communicate with the suppliers abroad.4. Flexible to travel abroad to China for business5. Vietnamese, Chinese or other Asian language ability is an asset but not required
