Il assiste le directeur dans l'ensemble de ses fonctions en vue de réaliser des ventes maximales tout en satisfaisant la clientèle. RESPONSABILITÉS SPÉCIFIQUES : - Assiste le directeur dans l'établissement des objectifs de vente; - Fournit tout le support nécessaire aux gérants de département afin qu'ils atteignent les objectifs fixés; - Fait régulièrement l'inspection du supermarché en vérifiant les aspects suivants : fraîcheur, qualité, agencement, prix, propreté, etc. et fait les commentaires pertinents aux gérants; - Assiste le directeur au niveau du service à la clientèle, réponses aux plaintes etc.; - Assiste le directeur au niveau de la gestion des ressources humaines, de l'administration de la convention collective, le recrutement et la formation du personnel; - Effectue des contrôles sporadiques sur la réception de la marchandise, vérifications des factures, qualité, etc.; - Remplace le directeur lorsqu'il est absent; CRITÈRES D'ADMISSIBILITÉ : - Secondaire V - Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'alimentation - Capacité à planifier, diriger et organiser en milieu syndiqué - Aptitude à communiquer efficacement - Bilinguisme (atout) COMPÉTENCES : - Gestion de la performance de ses employés - Orientation vers un travail/service de qualité - Prise de décisions - Gestion d'équipe - Communication interpersonnelle - Motivation - Autonomie - Indicateur de performance - Vision des buts principaux Metro valorise, respecte et mise sur les différences et les compétences de ses employés provenant de tous les horizons.
