Description détaillée: 
- To ensure that the service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the style as specified by the Chef
- To be fully conversant with every dish served in restaurant and to provide explanations as requested
- To lead communication with other Restaurant Staff and departments
- To assist with mise en place through distribution of tasks and to ensure the monitoring and completion of tasks is done properly in time allocated
- To take responsibility of service in the front end of the restaurant at all times
- To assist Chef in preparation and presentation of training programs, briefings, and SOPs
- To report, monitor or handle small disciplinary matters
- To be aware and promote the total business and all upcoming events
- To attend with Chef all meetings with the Business Management Team
- Handling of cash while ensuring the billing procedure is thorough, correct, and balanced at end of each business day
- Preparing weekly staff schedules and managing labour costs

The RIGHT person needs the following experience and qualities: • 2-3 years of Management Experience • Management Experience must be in a high volume full service restaurant or bar • Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc) • Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented • Infectious personality with the ability to engage and develop team members • Must be passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating amazing guest experiences
