The successful candidate will need to have experience providing brief mental health and substance use assessments of clients in crisis, and work in a variety of settings such as office based, community based and in hospital. Depuis plus de huit décennies, MANN+HUMMEL développe, fabrique et commercialise une large gamme de produits de filtration pour des applications variées. Le Centre canadien des opérations de fabrication est situé à Trois-Rivières et les centres de distribution sont situés à Montréal et Toronto. MANN+HUMMEL à Trois-Rivières est présentement à la recherche de Technicien(ne) de production Faisant parti de l'équipe des opérations, le technicien de production est sous la responsabilité du directeur d'usine. Il prépare les cédules de chacun des départements de production de l'usine, incluant l'expédition et les commis d'entrepôt. Il utilise ses connaissances techniques afin de développer un processus de planification rigoureux, basé sur la capacité de production des différents départements. Il agit à titre de chargé de projet afin de mettre en place un nouveau processus de planification de la production. Il s'assure que les produits fabriqués par MANN+HUMMEL Canada sont disponibles en temps et en quantité pour respecter les engagements de livraisons faites aux clients. Il fait un suivi quotidien avec l'équipe des ventes et de service à la clientèle afin d'ajuster quotidiennement les priorités de production et mieux satisfaire aux besoins des clients de MANN+HUMMEL Canada. Il exerce ses fonctions avec l'objectif de répondre aux besoins des clients de MANN+HUMMEL Canada, le maintien de la productivité de l'usine et l'atteinte des rendements attendus. Il s'assure que chaque département ait une charge de travail en correspondante aux ressources (humaine, matières premières, équipements, outillages, etc) disponibles, et aide à organiser les ressources disponibles entre les départements. Chaque cédule de production est préparée selon la capacité réelle de production des départements et inclut les détails de chacun des lots de production (No d'item, quantité, temps prévus, etc) ainsi que la quantité de ressources requises (nombre de personnes requises, matière première, outillage, etc). Il récolte les données de productivité au quotidien et en fait la saisie dans les outils de suivi de la performance. Par son leadership, le technicien de production montre l'exemple et maintient une atmosphère agréable et motivante où tous reçoivent le respect et la reconnaissance qui leur revient tout en priorisant le travail d'équipe. Le technicien de production analyse et résout rapidement les problèmes qui surviennent, toujours dans le souci d'assurer le rendement optimal de l'usine et de répondre aux attentes des clients. Plus précisément, sans s'y limiter, le technicien de production doit : Respecter les règles de santé et sécurité au travail. Planifier les activités de production de tous les départements de production de l'usine de MANN+HUMMEL Canada. Récolte les données de productivité au quotidien et en fait la saisie dans les outils de suivi de la performance. Participe et supporte l'implantation de changements au niveau des processus de planification de la production. S'assure que les ressources requises sont disponibles pour réaliser la cédule de production.
