Le titulaire du poste exerce une grande autonomie clinique en psychiatrie générale et il est au service de patients de tous âges. Il répond aux demandes de consultation et il assure les suivis pour les patients hospitalisés et ambulatoires De plus, il participe à l'enseignement des étudiants et des résidents en médecine et en psychiatrie. Il participe aussi aux services de garde généraux en psychiatrie (patients de tous âges) de manière solidaire avec l'ensemble des psychiatres du département. Le CHU est un centre de trauma de niveau 3 et un centre de formation en médecine affilié à l'Université de Sherbrooke. Le département de psychiatrie offre une formation spécialisée complète en psychiatrie en français (formation postdoctorale); il s'agit du parcours délocalisé du programme de formation spécialisée en psychiatrie de l'Université de Sherbrooke. Le poste comprend un travail médical professionnel effectué par des spécialistes agréés (titulaires d'un certificat de spécialiste reconnu par le Collège des médecins et chirurgiens du Nouveau-Brunswick). Le spécialiste agréé a une grande autonomie clinique par rapport au diagnostic, au soin et au traitement des troubles médicaux relevant de son domaine de spécialisation. Son travail clinique et performance peuvent faire l'objet d'une surveillance et d'une évaluation du département/division/service et/ou du programme clinique du médecin auquel il est rattaché. Le travail peut aussi être surveillé par le médecin chef local et/ou régional, et le directeur médical de la zone de la régie régionale de la santé (RRS). Le médecin se conforme aux règlements administratifs et aux politiques de la RRS. EXIGENCES : Certification du Collège Royal des médecins et chirurgiens du Canada (FCRMCC) ou l'équivalent; Diplôme d'une école de médecine reconnue et études supérieures dans le domaine de spécialisation (psychiatrie); Admissibilité à un permis d'exercer délivré par le Collège des médecins et chirurgiens du Nouveau-Brunswick; Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome; Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné; Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité); Adhésion aux principes d'éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles; Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité. Additionally, the successful candidate would own the following responsibilities: Assist debtors and creditors, both in person and by telephone, as it relates to bankruptcies and proposals Perform initial consultations in order to assess the debtor's situation and recommend appropriate options, training will be provided Review interview forms, prepare files/documents for client signing Community outreach, business development and presentations How do we define success for your role?
