The Opportunity The Motor Winder will work with a small and dedicated team of mechanical professionals. Wind, assemble and install various types of coils. Test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear or other electrical apparatus to ensure proper performance. The Role In this exciting role, the EMST will perform all necessary operations required to service AC and DC Rotating apparatus with random or form wound stators, rotors or armatures. Perform all preliminary testing and results interpretation to determine the condition of equipment electrically, mechanically and have the ability to document/report findings in detail. Disassemble and documentation required for all types of AC,DC and rotating apparatus Inspect bearings, shafts, bushings, commutator etc., for wear and defects Perform all rewind operations on AC DC equipment Perform all electrical testing according to standard specifications VPI and Dip and bake operations Rotor balancing Re-assemble and documentation required for all types of AC,DC and rotating apparatus Final testing The Candidate Education : Trade certification, Electric Motor Systems Technician (EMST) Trade Certification would be an asset. Work Experience : 5+ years Knowledge: AC/DC hands on winding experience is required. Weld or braze components; Read electrical schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams; Read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications; Instruct apprentices as required. Job Closing: Open, until filled. Description: The Department of Medical Imaging at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is recruiting a radiologist in the Nuclear Medicine Division. The position is primarily based in Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging with opportunities for cross-sectional chest and abdominal imaging. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2023. Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (SHSC) is a fully affiliated hospital of the University of Toronto with over 1,212 total beds, of which 677 are dedicated to acute care. SHSC houses The Odette Cancer Centre, one of the largest comprehensive cancer programs in the country. The radiology practice is composed of more than 50 subspecialty radiologists. The candidate will be a central team member in the division of Nuclear Medicine. This individual is expected to take on a key contributing role in all areas of subspecialty in nuclear medicine. Experience and research interest in PET-CT and PET-MRI imaging and an associated strong Theranostics skillset are highly desirable. The candidate will be an integral part of the teaching faculty of our undergraduate and postgraduate (Residency and Fellowship) programs and actively participate in research as a Clinician Teacher or Clinician Investigator. The qualified applicant should be eligible for an academic appointment at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, hold a Fellowship in Diagnostic Radiology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, or equivalent, and be eligible for medical licensure in the Province of Ontario, with sufficient experience to perform subspecialty work in Nuclear Medicine. PET GROOMER TRAINEE YOUR GROOMING CAREER: Start your career in grooming as a Groomer Trainee! Petsmart offers a training program that will set you up for success. Stage 1-- Bather: Jump start your education by getting hands-on experience with our pets. These pets become our own pets while they are in our care, so our number one priority is to get safety certified. Under the guidance of the salon leader, youll begin your training as a bather and learn about different dog breeds and styling. Youll help to get the dogs comfortable in our salon and spend time bathing them, trimming their nails and providing support to groomers throughout the pets stay. Stage 2-- Grooming Academy: After getting some experience under your belt (well, smock!), youll attend our Grooming Academy! Youll have 4 weeks in a classroom environment, gaining insights from our experienced Academy Trainers. Summary of Duties Responsible for the primary care of cardiovascular patients that require intensive care. The main functions of the RN include, but are not limited to: assessment, intervention, patient education and patient advocacy.
