Our valued Public Sector client is in need of a Senior Specialist who can support their risk identification and mitigation strategies during their enterprise level IT Modernization initiatives.

Background:

Our valued Public Sector client is currently working on modernizing their IM & IT infrastructure which includes moving into Phase 2 of their cloud adoption roll out. As they look to move to this next phase, they are in need of supporting resources to work with their team to ensure the day-to-day operations on their projects. As a consultant you would be supporting the daily functions and strategic planning along with coordination with their Technical and Functional teams to ensure project delivery.

Tasks May Include:

• Provide strategic support, expertise and best practices to Stakeholders in the definition, development and implementation of Business Outcomes Management/Benefits Realization for IM/IT projects
• Provide strategic support, expertise and best practices to Stakeholders in the development of sound business cases in support of large IT Projects, in accordance with the TBS Policy on Management of Projects
• Develop supporting documentation, such as Briefing Notes, summary sheets, and materials in support of project business case approval by applicable governance committees.
• Provide advice on alignment with Enterprise Risk Management
