Our valued public sector client is in need of a Senior Bilingual Business Analyst to identify as-is and to-be business service models for the Government of Canada Job's Transformation (GCJT) project, as well as other modernization projects.

The focus of the work will be to assist the client in:

• gaining a broad, strategic and comprehensive view of the required transformation;
• advising and supporting key deliverables such as the consolidation of business requirements, review and analysis of replacement options, business case, project charter, and overall change management and transition plans;
• providing strategic recommendations and advsirory services to support the modernization of a suite of applications to help transform and modernize the recruitment services.

Must have requirements:

• Bilingual
• Experience in complex IT-enabled transformation initiatives
• Experience in proving advisory services to Senior Management
• University degree
• Experience working within the Government of Canada or Crown Corporations
• Experience in mitigation plans
• Experience using BPMN
