Our valued public sector client is in need of a Senior Bilingual Project Manager to develop the project charter and project risk for the transformation project for the Government of Canada Job's Transformation (GCJT) project, as well as other modernization projects.

The focus of the work will be to assist the client in:

• gaining a broad, strategic and comprehensive view of the required transformation;
• advising and supporting key deliverables such as the consolidation of business requirements, review and analysis of replacement options, business case, project charter, and overall change management and transition plans;
• providing strategic recommendations and advsirory services to support the modernization of a suite of applications to help transform and modernize the recruitment services.

Must have requirements:

• Bilingual
• Experience with IT-enabled transformation initiatives
• University degree
• Experience in the Government of Canada or Crown Corporations
• Experience in Change Management
• Experience with mitigation plans
• Experience with MS Project
• Experience developing project artefacts
