7. Train workers in duties and policies,
8. Conduct performance reviews,
9. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies,
10. Co-ordinate, assign and review work,
11. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Another Requirement
1. One-year experience as Logistic supervisor or perform similar duties of overseeing the shipping/receiving and delivery of materials，supervising warehouse personnel, and coordinating warehouse inventory
2. Knowledge of scrap metal products
