Our valued public sector client is in need of a Senior Project Coordinator to assist in implementing Change Management, Coordination and Projects.
Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assisting personnel in project monitoring and coordination;
- Providing administrative and technical support as required to various project teams;
- Participating in meetings with project teams members and other stake holders to ensure that projects are progressing according to the plans;
- Ensuring that all project and contract activities (deliverables, milestones, financial commitments, et cetera) are tracked and commitments are fulfilled;
- Performing a liaison role between project members and other stakeholders;
- Communicating and coordinating project meetings;
- Communicating and effectively coordinating change management requirements; and
- Entering providing guidance/advice on change requests and their potential impact to the environment.
