Key Responsibilities are – but not limited to:
Answer client calls
Administer mutual fund trades
Collect data for client application
Conduct necessary follow-ups
Assist with portfolio reviews, research product options
Be a key liaison to clients, ensuring all client questions and concerns are answered.
Assist Financial Advisors with sales, prepare proposals, assist with client meetings, administer corporate group plan enrollment/applications and investments.
In time, conduct group plan presentations to employees of prospective corporate accounts.
Assist lead advisors in creating, reviewing and maintaining client investment portfolio.
For Group Insurance Service reps:
Prepare spreadsheets
Send out tender specifications to insurers
Assist in client/ corporate employee meetings
Other Considerations
Working hours are flexible ranging within 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The client is able to accommodate a 3 or 4 or 5 work week.
Vehicle is needed for this role.
This position offers a competitive base salary starting at $40,000 ( + depending on experience)
