Company has been providing bookkeeping and other financial services to many individuals and corporations. We are hiring an experienced and motivated individual for a Full Time and Permanent position of Supervisor Bookkeeping. Duties would be supervise and review the work performed by other bookkeeping clerks such as journal entries, payroll preparation, GST and other tax calculations, establish and implement various procedures or processes to smoothen the operations, prepare, update and maintain reports of various clients with their information about tax filing and other deadlines, bank reconciliations, train new workers in duties, ensure smooth office operations by ensuring all the equipment and supplies are in order, may need to perform general book keeping such as posting entries, preparing payroll and financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, prepare GST and other tax returns etc.. Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Bachelor Degree in Commerce or accounting is required. Experience of 5 years or more as a book keeper or accountant is required. Minimum work of 40 hrs /week will be given. Salary will be $ 26/ hr. Overtime will be paid if any.
