Nirvana Restaurant Ltd. at 2313 Main Street, Vancouver BC is hiring F/T and permanent Indian Ethnic cooks to prepare Indian ethnic dishes.Must be able to cook all kinds of ethnic dishes such as Karahi Chicken/Paneer, Navrattan Korma, Veg Kebab, Chicken Kebab, Butter Chicken, Daal Makhni, gravies etc. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Duties would be to cook food and dishes as per order, supervise and direct kitchen helpers, help maintain inventory, keep the cooking area clean. Must have experience for more than 3 years as an Indian ethnic cook. A salary of $ 20.50/hr will be paid. Work will be minimum 40hrs /week. Overtime and other benefits will be given.
