Requirements:
Over 3 years of experience in commercial cooking is required
Experience in Japanese food cooking is an asset
Completion of high school education is required
Basic English speaking is required
Terms of Employment: Full-Time and Permanent
Wage: C$ 14.00 / hour
Working Hour: 40 hours / week
Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year
Location of Work: 7060 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC
Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and complete Japanese traditional and trendy fusion cuisine
- Create and develop new and trendy fusion style menu and special dishes
- Determine size of food portions
- Store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature
- Maintain work area clean
