Taco Time Brentwood Mall Burnaby BC is looking for a hard working, customer service focused Shift Supervisor.
Duties include:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food .
Helps maintained standard for raw and finished product quality service and speed, quality and cleanliness
Control labour hours and cash flow while on shift
Helps maintain records for safety and appropriately documents performanceand or incidents in personnel files
Complete assigned shift paper
Maintain records of stock, repair sales and wastage
train staff in job dutiesand sanitation and safety procedures
Ensures that food and service meet the quality control standards
May participate in hiring of crew members and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budget
knows and helps to enforce and educate crew on all appropriate personnel policies, labour laws, security and safety procedures
Experience nesessary
A minimum of 2 years hands on experience in Fast Food Service
Must be available evenings, weekends and stat holidays to work
This position pays $15/hour plus Medical benefits
