• Answering phones, e-mailing, incoming/outgoing mail and courier shipments
• Oversee and co-ordinate technical procedures for commercial vehicle training sessions
• Answer all presales and technical questions to client before enrolling to training program
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, client enrolment in training program, assign training schedules and billing & payment processing
• Preparing technical aspect of eligibility criteria for commercial vehicle training
• Co-ordinate with Air brake instructors to enroll students in classes and assign schedule
• Prepare clients for knowledge test of various Ontario commercial driving licenses such as A, B, C, D, F, Z classes
• Explain technical information for ongoing training programs to the clients
• Booking road test with “Classified Booking”
• May train and explain technical aspect of fork lift training (Counter Balance, Narrow Aisle, Pallet Truck, Dock Stocker, Order Picker)
• Prepare clients for Aerial lift test (Scissor lift, Boom Lift)
• Writing supporting print materials for training programs
• Provide administrative support to Driving instructors and clients
• Be responsible for general office maintenance, tidiness and organization
• Monitoring stationery supplies, kitchen supplies
