Main functions: 
• Overall sufficient knowledge of all the functions of the banquet hall.
• Managing different type of events such as Wedding Receptions, Ceremonies, Birthdays, Concerts, Dinner and dance, Baby and Bridal Showers, etc.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintaining health and safety, hygiene and quality control protocols.
• Preparing reports for Labour control and food control at the end of the shift.
• Replying to customers and vendors emails.
• Meet and Greet, Interact with clients to finalize food menus, seating charts, vendor’s information and total cost of the event.
• Making weekly schedules for staff and following monthly staff training procedures.
• Ensure to check previous stocks and Ordering new supplies.
• Proper coordination with the kitchen staff regarding the events and quality of food.
• Overseeing the floor setup and take down.
• Sufficiently handling weekly money transactions including Cheque, Cash, Money draft or Debit/Credit.

Job Duties;
