Specific Skills
Determine and establish office procedures and routines, Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage, Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with real estate brokerages, mortgagees, media, business partners and other organizations; Assist to schedule and set up workshops and seminars.
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, management, legal, administration or other related areas.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years as a Legal Administrative Assistant in Canada Law Firm

Additional Job Requirements:
Willing to travel regularly in North York, Downtown Toronto and Markham areas.
Willing to travel internationally for at least two to three weeks each year.
