Job SummaryJob DescriptionThe US Cash Management is looking for a Non-Functional Test Lead / Engineer. This role is crucial in ensuring the performance, scalability, availability, resiliency, and disaster recovery for the system which is deployed to Azure Kubernetes. The successful candidate will lead efforts in non-functional testing areas, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.In this role you will be collaborating with Architecture, DevOps, SRE, Development teams and product owners to design, lead and execute effective performance testing solutions. Your role will involve detailed planning, execution, and reporting of tests focused on non-functional aspects such as performance, load, stress, scalability, and disaster recovery.What will you do?Develop and execute comprehensive non-functional test plans and strategies.Lead performance testing efforts using tools like LoadRunner and analyze results for bottlenecks and improvements.Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace, identifying areas for optimization.Collaborate with development teams, DevOps, architecture and SRE to ensure application meets performance, availability and scalability goalsManage disaster recovery and failover testing to ensure application availability.Document test processes and results, maintaining records in Jira and Confluence.What do you need to succeed?Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years experience conducting non-functional tests covering web, micro-services, Kafka and MQ for cloud based solution (AKS preferred)Proficiency in using tools such as Loadrunner, JMeter, Dynatrace, GremlinProficiency with Git, Jira, and Confluence.Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their integration with testing processes.Proficiency in one or more programming language (c/Java) and SQLNice to haveCertifications in Azure, Kubernetes, or related fields.Strong experience or understanding of Azure Kubernetes and its deployment and management.Knowledge of scripting and automation related to testingWhats in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
