1 Full Time Permanent Restaurant Assistant Manager position (NOC 0631) at Subway Restaurant located at 8970 Chingoucousy Road, Unit 3 Brampton, ON L6Y 5X6
Main duties include but are not limited to:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a the restaurant, maintain and analyze business records to improve efficiency and increase sales.
Responsible for training new staff members, supervising staff on shift, and recommending termination of employees based on performance when necessary.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Help prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to be sent to Subway headquarters.
Resolve customer complaints and rectify issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the planning of special events, promotions and local marketing initiatives.
Responsible for inventory, placing orders with suppliers for food, beverage, and other supplies when necessary.
Negotiate price and arrangements with clients for catering orders.
May also complete the same job as supervised staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Assistant Manager in a quick service restaurant
College Diploma in Business or related field
Wage: $21.25 hourly, 40 hours per week.
