• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of customer service clerks in a fast paced safety compliance and truck fleet maintenance consultant company;
• Establish protocols and procedures to ensure efficiency of work;
• Review current work load and incoming projects, assign work to clerks based on triage of work;
• Review quality of work by clerks;
• Ensure deadlines are met by clerks and proper procedures are followed;
• Keep detailed records of progress of work and upcoming deadlines, and report to management on a regular basis;
• Ensure coordination of projects by clerks in different units;
• Resolve client complaints;
• Identify trends or potential issues to management on an as-needed basis;
• Train clerks and identify training needs;
• Make recommendations to management regarding the hiring, termination or promotion of clerks;
• Take on clerical roles, when needed, in order to ensure deadlines are met
• Requisition supplies and materials and make recommendations to management regarding systems upgrades
