Detailed description:
Provide the leadership and management skills to ensure the plant'S Quality Assurance Progam is implemented and maintained. Ensure the monitoring of key quality parameters by means of KPI lead the factory management review of quality (MRQ). Ensure all elements of GMP are implemented and maintained. Provide and support technical training to the factory employees. Participate in internal/external auditing. Asses vendors of raw and packaging material. Manage plant quality laboratories ensuring they meet all GLP requirements. Ensure the proper maintenance of appropriate technical documentation for quality operations (Russet House policies/procedures maintenance, HACCP, specification maintenance, SOP and SSOP maintenance, as well as in-process quality documentation)

Working experience
Minimum experience required:
3 years
Qualifications required:
5 years in related food manufacturing or pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics industry - of which a minimum 3 years QA managerial experience. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, detailed focus. Ability to communicate effectively and posses good interpersonal skills. Experience with a GFSI scheme, specifically the FSSC 22000 is a definite asset.
