Job Duties: - Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of production workers who print signs, flyers and other printing jobs - Oversee print production to ensure quality of jobs done - Making sure that all operational policies and procedures are followed like scheduled machine maintenance - Responsible for approving all hobs proofs (samples) in order to ensure quality of work meet customer specifications and requirements - Overseeing training of staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company polices - Prepare requisition for materials and supplies as per production needs - Oversee hiring of staff - May need to operate specialized machine if needed - Other duties as assigned Skills Requirement: ? Completion of secondary school is required. ? Applicants with secondary school must have 2 to 3 years of experience in related field OR ? Applicants with college program in similar filed must have one to two years of experience in similar domain.
