Under the supervision of the Executive Director or his assistant, duties include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting administration in all tasks
- Supporting the recruitment department
- Inventory of supplies;
- Assisting in the development of projects
- All other tasks as required by supervisor.
The general requirements for this position are:
- Ability to organize events
- Written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Be able to pass a security clearance
- Have some administrative skills
- Must have a valid driver's licence
