Duties:
Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of motel and other services in accommodation such as front desk clerks.
Handle and record guest complaints and contact housekeeping or maintenance staff.
Hire and train staff in job duties.
Supervise other staff's work performances.
Manage any supplies and materials for accommodation in stock and order if needed.
