Routes Adventures is seeking experienced Group Leaders (Tour Guides) for exciting opportunities here in Canada! Due to increased demand, we've added additional departures and are looking to expand our team of Group Leaders for this 2015 season with a special emphasis on our Western programs.

• Outstanding people skills
• Local knowledge of the area you’re leading (Western Canada with a preferred emphasis on the Rocky Mountain Parks, AB)
• Flexibility

• Excellent command of the English language (all programs are conducted in English)
• High energy (Our Group Leaders often work long days and must be able to participate in all the activities that our clients do)
• Previous guiding experience
• Previous travel experience
