Based in Richmond, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of a large commercial property and managing the operations team. You Will: • Provide leadership and mentoring to the on-site operations team • Oversee all preventative and reactive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, life safety and plumbing equipment • Inspect the property and perform environmental assessments • Manage energy, waste and recycling programs • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships • Prepare operational and capital budgets • Perform capital planning and equipment lifecycle costing • Manage tenant improvement projects • Oversee vendors and sub-contractors You Have: • At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position in commercial building operations • A 4th class Power Engineering Certification • A RPA / FMA / SMA qualification (preferred) • Strong relationship building skills • Outstanding oral and written communications • Strong administrative skills • The ability to lead and motivate a team • Great organizational and are able to multi-task If you have the required skills and experience to apply for this opportunity, please submit your resume in Word format.
